There are two ground-floor rooms of this type, each measuring 20 sq.m. and accommodating up to 2 adults. Each room is an open-plan studio and features two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an open balcony with a view of the garden. A baby cot can be added upon request!
These two rooms of this type, located on the first floor, have a surface of 22 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 2 persons. Each room is an open-plan studio with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and an open balcony with a view of the garden and the bay of Laganas. A baby cot can be added upon request!
The four open-plan studios of this type measure 25 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Each Deluxe Studio is equipped with a king-size bed and a single sofa-bed and features a bathroom with a shower and a sheltered balcony with a view of the garden. A baby cot can be added upon request, as long as two person have booked.
This first floor apartment has a surface area of 55 sqm and can easily accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed containing an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and a covered terrace overlooking the garden and Laganas Bay. Upon request, a baby cot can be added!

Not Refundable payment policy
Cancellation - The guest cannot cancel free of charge.
Prepayment - Guests will prepay full of the amount.
Refundable payment policy
Cancellation - The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
Prepayment - Guest will deposit us 50% of the total amount as guarantee for the reservation.
No-show Policy - If the guest doesn’t show up, we will not refund the deposit of the reservation.
Damage Deposit - Guests don’t pay a damage deposit.
Important: Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to Nomas Living at the guest’s sole risk.
Nomas living and the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such item.
Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any such costs are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in my way.
